My Startup Methodology 2024
Starting a business requires identifying genuine market needs and aligning with societal trends.
The most important aspects of starting a business are identifying market needs and aligning with societal trends.
1. How to identify a genuine need?
Competition always exists, but if the market is already crowded, do you still have a chance? What is your unique advantage? If you can’t identify a clear advantage, then you have no edge.
For me: Can I produce a demo or a sellable product within 2-3 days?
2. Will users pay for your service?
If you have a tech background and are venturing into entrepreneurship, the first question you need to answer is: Can you explain your product clearly in 30 seconds?
What service are you providing, who is your target audience, and what problem does it solve? If you can answer this, you can then think about monetization. You need to know which market you’re targeting, understand your users, and figure out the lowest-cost way to reach them.
For me: Would I personally pay for this? Do I genuinely like it?
3. Timeline
- Identify the problem (2 days):

Simultaneously, build a user community. - Collect feedback and refine the product (2 days):
